Job Description
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern who is interested in learning recruitment and HR operations. You will assist in hiring processes, candidate coordination, and maintaining employee records while gaining real-world HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
